Jacob Crook, known to teammates as Crooky, is a left back who came through St George's before establishing himself as a free agent. He relies on caffeine tablets to get himself switched on before kick off, and lifting the Division One Cup final remains his proudest moment in an FC shirt so far.

He's one of a kind off the pitch too, being a twin. He grew up idolising Steven Gerrard and still measures his own game against that standard, which lines up with his advice to his younger self: give 100% in everything you do and have no regrets, learn from others, and never become stagnant, and be the hardest worker in the room.
